By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

Our Services are professional estimating tools designed for use by painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, concrete, landscaping, blasting, and carpentry contractors and other trade professionals. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your access.

2. Accounts and Access

Some features of our Services require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Access is granted upon successful payment through our payment processor, Stripe. Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or distribute your access to any third party.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

We offer the following access plans:

Single Tool — $4.00 one-time payment for access to one estimator tool
All Tools Bundle — $12.00 one-time payment for access to every DONBE estimator tool

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

All purchases are one-time payments and are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues preventing use of a purchased tool, contact us for support.

5. Estimates and Accuracy

Our tools provide estimates based on the information you enter. These estimates are for informational and planning purposes only. DONBE does not guarantee the accuracy of any estimate generated by our Services. You are solely responsible for verifying all figures before using them in any professional, contractual, or financial context.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of our Services are the exclusive property of DONBE. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Services without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability
